SkyVoice Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SkyVoice, including the app, the website, and related services. By using SkyVoice, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who May Use SkyVoice

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use SkyVoice on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SkyVoice for your own personal and lawful purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription purchased through Apple.
• Subscription pricing, renewal terms, and billing are shown in the app and in App Store purchase sheets.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or Apple policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

SkyVoice uses AI providers to generate text and audio. AI-generated output can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

5. Safety Notice

SkyVoice is designed for short announcements and convenience. It is not a navigation system, a safety system, or a substitute for your judgment, attention, or local traffic laws. Do not use SkyVoice in a way that distracts you from safe driving.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SkyVoice for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or bypass security features of the app or backend.
• Upload content that violates the rights of others.
• Misuse third-party services connected to SkyVoice.

7. Third-Party Services

SkyVoice may rely on services provided by Apple, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Google, and weather providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply to your use of those services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SkyVoice if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the service.

9. Disclaimer

SkyVoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyVoice and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that the competent courts in Croatia will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
